▲ Common Questions
We believe in transparency and safety. Here are the answers to the most common questions about our retreats.
Ayahuasca is safe when administered in a controlled, traditional setting by experienced shamans. However, it is strictly contraindicated for individuals with a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe heart conditions. We require a thorough medical screening before acceptance to ensure your absolute safety.
For at least 7 days before the retreat, you must follow a strict diet: no red meat, pork, processed foods, alcohol, recreational drugs, or sexual activity. We provide a detailed guide upon booking to help you prepare your body and mind for the medicine.
No. Our retreats are designed for both first-time seekers and experienced practitioners. Because we limit our groups to a maximum of 4 guests, we can provide highly personalized attention and adjust the dosage and support to match your specific experience level.
We provide seamless logistics. Upon arrival at the Cusco airport, our team will greet you and handle all transportation to our private sanctuary in the Sacred Valley. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and is a beautiful transition into the Andean landscape.
Zahra and Valentin are fully multilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish, and Quechua. This ensures that regardless of your native language, you will be deeply understood and comfortably guided throughout your entire journey.
▲ Begin Your Journey
We believe every healing journey starts with a real, human connection. Because we only accept 4 guests per retreat, we personally speak with every applicant. Reach out to Zahra or Valentin directly to discuss your situation.
